General Terms and Conditions

Terms of payment:

Payment must be made when the service is provided. In the case of a bank transfer from countries outside the EURO zone, I charge a surcharge of € 15.00. The invoicing for my services is without VAT in the sense of the small business regulation according to § 6 Abs. 1 Ziff. 27 UStG.

Waiting time:

I wait up to one hour. However, the waiting time is included in the tour time. In the event of a foreseeable delay, please contact me on +43 676 9404 776.

Cancellation:

If a written cancellation is made up to 14 days before a city tour is due to take place, and up to four weeks before half-day or full-day tours, no cancellation costs will be charged. Thereafter and up to two days prior to the execution of the order, 60% of the agreed fee will be charged. If the service is cancelled one day before the order is to be carried out or later, the full agreed fee will be charged. If the group does not turn up at the agreed meeting point, the service is deemed to have been provided and the full fee must be paid.
